I was pleasantly impressed with the ordering, shipment and delivery. Will recommend and will use again.

I had a really bad experience with this company. I have ordered a specific item, because it didn’t arrive in over a month, I tried tracking it, every question takes at least 2-3 days to get a response. Finally 2 months later I received only 2 bottles out of my order in which I ordered 5, the package came half torn and dirty. I now had to go back and try to figure out what happened to the rest of my order and hope that it does not take another month. The retailer who actually sent the order is completely unresponsive and I got charged for the whole order. I do not recommend this site because if such lousy customer service experience. I am sure there are other sites that provide much better service.

If a name brand item is not in stock and its replaced with a similar item, you should let the customer know before it ships.

My experience was great. Placed my order and it shipped right away. Only thing is the original delivery notification was delivery to customs not to my actual address so that was a little annoying. Otherwise I was happy with the product and it was in perfect condition.

Great service and quick shipping

Whenever I had questions I just looked up their Frequent Asked Questions and found my answers. And when I needed a real person, they got back right away! Product is great quality too! Will definitely order from them again.

I really didn’t know what to think as I had never heard of Fruugo before but they were the only way to get the item that I wanted. Shipping was fast coming from Sweden to the US, they updated me frequently, and the item was beautiful and wonderfully packaged! I would definitely recommend them and order again.

With all the fraud that there is going on these days ,this company is very reliable and trustworthy!!!

Never received the product

I was hesitant to use the site as I had never heard of it and the price for the item was less than half of the price EVERYWHERE else. Also…out of stock everywhere else…and THIS SITE just happens to have them…in my size and color no less. I figured I had purchase protection so what could I lose? Less than two weeks they arrived at my door…perfect condition and awesome. Would def buy from again!!!

It was a little rough at first but when the experience settled down and I could see that the product was really coming, all was well!!

Oh, and so you know --- I love the socks and so happy everything finally arrived!!!!
