"My order ended up getting cancelled..."
My order ended up getting cancelled, and the refund took way too long for me. I was checking again and again, waiting around with not much of a clear update. I did get my money back finally, but the experience was not great

"Customs fees were explained clearly"
I was a little nervous about ordering from Fruugo.us because customs and import fees can be such a wildcard, and I’ve definitely been hit with surprise charges before... but this ended up being straightforward.

The fee info was clear enough to understand, and my package showed up without any major issues. It did take a bit of waiting, but nothing too frustrating. Overall I’m happy with how it went and I’d probably order again...

"Slow replies and not super helpful..."
I had to wait way too long to hear back from customer service, and then they asked me for the same info I’d already sent. They did eventually respond, which I guess is something, but it felt like no one was really looking into my issue? Frustrating overall...

"Decent deal for the price"
I ended up ordering from fruugo.us because it was cheaper than the other places I looked. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it wasn’t a huge issue since I saved some money. The item showed up as described and felt like a fair price overall. I’d probably use them again if I came across another good deal.

"My fruugo order was so easy to..."
My fruugo order was so easy to keep an eye on. The tracking updates were clear, and I’m absolutely convinced I knew where that package was at every single moment it mattered.

It gave me a solid idea of when it would arrive, so I wasn’t sitting there guessing or stressing. It turned up just fine, and overall I’m definitely happy with how it all went.

"Return went smoother than I thought it would"
I was expecting them to make the return annoying, like they were hoping I’d just give up, but it was actually super easy. I sent it back and got my refund quickly with no hassle.

It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. The quality was just okay, and a couple of things felt a bit unnecessary. I wouldn’t say I hated it, but I also wasn’t really impressed...

"I ordered from fruugo.us and wasn’t totally sure..."
I ordered from fruugo.us and wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but to be fair, the item showed up looking just like it did in the photos. The size, color, and little details all seemed accurate to the listing.

Shipping did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, so I can’t say it was perfect, but I also don’t think that takes away from the product itself. Overall, I’m happy with what I received.

"Faster than expected, but the waiting was annoying"
I ordered from Fruugo and was expecting it to take forever, so I was surprised when it showed up quickly. That said, the shipping info was kind of unclear at first, and I got frustrated waiting around without really knowing what was going on. The tracking did update eventually, just not as smoothly as I would’ve liked. The package arrived in good shape though, and overall the delivery speed was better than I expected. Taking off one star mostly because the waiting and unclear shipping details were a bit irritating.
